About The Position

Elementor is looking for a talented Creative Designer that is eager to create beautiful ads & landing pages.

As a Creative Designer, you will join Elementor’s winning team to design stunning and inspirational templates and web assets, that impact and inspire millions of users around the globe.

Elementor’s Templates Library team is all about teamwork.

 We design, build, and create beautiful websites for our users, helping them in their journey of creating the future of web creation with Elementor.

If you are passionate about telling compelling stories, have a deep knowledge of web user experience, and care about the performance of the materials you’ve created, then this might be the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities

  • Uphold the principles of our brand identity across all creative assets.
  • Communicate ideas and concepts. Review work in an objective manner and with the aid of analytics, and apply learnings to future work.
  • Create campaigns, ads & web pages for our paid acquisition activity. Work closely with the acquisition teams and monitor relevant KPIs to optimize the creatives towards success.
  • Translate product functionality and technical details into marketing materials and user benefits
  • Combine great UI/UX with strong CTA.
  • Review, improve and provide feedback to your team.  

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing innovative concepts for stunning marketing campaigns, brand design strategy, and execution at design shop, ad agency, or internal band team
  • A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles.
  • Deep knowledge of web user experience 
  • Strong UX/UI orientation
  • In-depth knowledge of key marketing platforms and performance media channels, especially Facebook & Youtube
  • Familiarity with online marketing basic metrics & KPIs
  • Professional, efficient, organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A “people’s person”, team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Familiarity with Elementor and WordPress - big advantage.
  • Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design - big advantage.
