HR Admin- Maternity leave replacement

About The Position

We’re a growing startup company that is changing the internet by providing people worldwide with the best tools to build amazing websites. We have over 7 million active websites and a worldwide community that loves our product. We are looking for an HR Admin to join our HR team.

This opening is a maternity leave replacement for ~6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the HR team
  • Assist the VP HR with various HR-related tasks
  • Organize, compile and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
  • Full responsibility for welfare topics: happy hours, holidays and birthdays gifts, and so on
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees questions about HR-related issues 
  • Assist recruiters by scheduling interviews with candidates
  • Answer candidates’ phone calls and provide needed information
  • Help organize and participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Requirements


  • Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant/Office Administrator or equivalent roles
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Google Sheets, Google Docs,
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
