As a Retention TL, you will be responsible for growing the CRM program for Elementor.
In this role you will be strategically planning, building, and optimizing the user experience for millions of users. You will need to know our users and their needs, setup and deploy multi-channel personalized flows, analyzing & optimizing for specific segmentations and leveraging industry best practices. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the user lifecycle, initiate CRM efforts and contribute to companies' efforts that will drive improvements in performance, engagement, and retention.
As a team leader, you will need to deliver results by managing the retention managers, from ideation to optimization, while also being actively ‘hands-on’ where needed.
