Growth Marketing Manager

About The Position

We are looking for a growth marketing manager to join our awesome marketing department. As a growth marketing manager, you will be learning the ins and outs of our target audiences and key verticals, and create tailor-made marketing plans for each of the personas - This will include everything from choosing the right messaging, defining marketing materials, and creating growth opportunities in all relevant verticals. 

You will be working hand in hand with our user acquisition team, product marketing team, partnerships team and of course our studio, in order to make sure that the plans are executed to perfection.

Responsibilities

  • Lead successfully complex strategic and marketing projects from brief to production and understand the missions, the channels, the tools, and the relationships between them.
  • Become an expert in one or more of the key verticals in which Elementor operates, and serve as a source of truth to all of our marketing teams.
  • Create complex, research-based marketing briefs, and oversee their execution
  • Create and test different marketing messages and materials, and measure for success.
  • Constantly look for growth opportunities, and create marketing plans accordingly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing position in the software/SAAS industries - MUST
  • Deep familiarity with Web design verticals - must
  • Deep familiarity with either WordPress or Web design verticals (preferably both)
  • A strong passion for planning & executing complex marketing campaigns
  • Ability to efficiently operate UI, copy and design teams
  • Deep knowledge of web interfaces and internet culture
  • Love for numbers, analysis, reports, and A/B testing.
  • Self-learning & self-starting skills
  • Strong written skills in English (must be fluent).
  • Strong interpersonal communication and highly developed cross-organization social skills.
