Marketing Communications Director

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to own and champion the newly refreshed Elementor brand and communications. In this role, you will be planning and executing on Elementors’ brand strategy, PR and social media. You will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to inspire, recognize and nurture bold, leading-edge creative ideas, messaging, and promote in-house expertise on topics such as co-branding, brand architecture, brand purpose, etc.

  • Develop and lead Elementors’ brand strategy, positioning and messaging
  • Develop customized, localized brand GTM plans for existing and new markets 
  • Drive Elementors’ brand leadership and exposure within and outside the WordPress ecosystem
  • Lead PR & thought Leadership programs: media relations, influencer marketing, reputation management, conference & events participation
  • Develop breakthrough communications through owned, earned and curated content cementing Elementor as a thought-leading brand
  • Prepare and manage PR, social, brand marketing and corporate communications material
  • Partner with marketing and product-marketing teams and oversee external agencies
  • Work closely with inbound marketing teams to craft marketing content, integrated cross-channel campaigns and programs
  • Ensure the organization maintains brand consistency and integrity across all global initiatives
  • Track & measure Elementor brand reputation throughout
  • Lead internal brand activation


  • You are a risk-taker, experimental and a team player. You know how to create an authentic voice that touches people’s hearts. You are as creative as you are analytical, a great communicator and have a knack for wording
  • Deep experience in brand management, brand strategy and execution
  • Experience in running global PR and social media programs that prove effective
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization
  • Project management and coordination with internal and external partners
  • Maintain a high-bar for creative quality for yourself and others while pushing to find the best solution to meet company goals
  • Experience working in SaaS/software, global, online companies in B2C/SMB verticals - a must
  • Experience in WordPress vertical - strong advantage 
  • Experience working in community/open-source brands - strong advantage 
  • Rolled-up sleeves approach and bias for action
