As our Director of Content, you will manage a team of content writers & editors, both in-house & outsource, and will lead all the strategic and tactical aspects of the company's Owned Content efforts

Your role will include developing a Content Strategy from ideation through planning and creating to publishing and scaling the whole process while reporting directly to our Head of Marketing.

  • Define, Implement and execute Elementor content strategy while keeping brand promise and increasing demand generation.
  • Create a scalable, global content creation operation from A-Z.
  • Build a team of editors, and writers and designers, both in-house and freelancers, to execute our content strategy to perfection.
  • Define, track, and own all content related activity KPIs.
  • Own all performance marketing content-driven projects, both written and video-based.
  • Ensure that our content is produced at the highest standards from content quality and user experience aspects.
  • Work closely with our SEO team to ensure that our content is optimized.
  • Work closely with our product marketing teams in order to create content plans that support our product roadmap and company goals.
  • Create content-based collaborations with other parties, relevant to our strategy.


  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a content operation in a global company.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing an in-house global team of editors & writers.
  • Past experience with working for a SAAS/product company - a strong advantage.
  • Clear understanding and vision of how content should be utilized for marketing purposes, from both brand and performance perspective.
  • A Rich portfolio of content-led activities from ideation through planning to execution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • KPI oriented - understanding of how content performance should be measured.
  • High operation, planning & production skills.
  • English as a mother tongue level. Native English is a strong advantage.
