About The Position

When was the last time you had a chance to lead the acquisition efforts of a fast growing startup company, which has a popular product that people actually love? As our Acquisition team leader, you will play a strategic role in our ambitious growth plans for 2020. That means taking a key part in setting our UA strategy, managing some big marketing budgets across multiple channels, and best of all - hiring your own team of professionals, to help you accomplish these goals. That being said, we still expect you to get your hands dirty and know your accounts from the inside out.


  • Own all of our user acquisition channels - organic and paid.
  • Grow and maintain all major marketing channels - Google, Facebook, Youtube & Bing (yes Bing is still a thing).
  • Test and develop all relevant alternative channels - Taboola/Outbrain, Linkedin, Twitter, and every other channel that you think could be relevant for our business.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, in an ROI driven marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with our revenue and product teams to leverage all of our assets into awesome marketing campaigns.
  • Manage our SEO activity and harvest our huge content resources into quality organic traffic.
  • Set clear KPIs and Measure everything, and we do mean everything.
  • Build,Hire, train & manage your acquisition team.


  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a performance based marketing team, responsible for multiple marketing channels.
  • Must be a hands-on PPC expert. Facebook is a must, Google is a big plus, and every other PPC channel will be most welcomed as well.
  • Must be familiar with SEO. Hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Media Buying or Affiliate marketing - a big plus.
  • Must be great with numbers. Ability to create media and budget plans, define tests and measure success will be an integral part of your day.
  • Creative abilities and some copywriting skills - Definitely an advantage.
  • “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Highly familiar with Google analytics. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
