About The Position

We are looking for a sharp Senior Product Marketing business analyst to join our fast-growing company 

As a Senior product marketing business analyst, you will play a key role in constructing the company’s business strategy, increasing users’ LTV, reducing churn, defining KPIs, and analyzing the behavior of millions of users worldwide as we execute our mission to empower web professionals to create powerful and beautiful websites using the most comprehensive all-in-one design solution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer analysis–churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, customer value and more.
  • Defining, building and optimizing multi-channel attribution, retention and churn models
  • Work with BI department and business unit managers to set the standard performance reports and dashboards
  • Communicate and sync analysis insights and reporting methodologies throughout the department
  • On-going deep data analysis to identify core insights, trends, problems and opportunities due to externalities and internalities
  • Provide insights regarding interfaces between the customer, product and marketing
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
  • See beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in quantitative analysis, preferably for an internet company. 
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to deliver results of analyses clearly and effectively.
  • Developed or optimized churn / LTV / user segmentation models
  • Experience with visualization platforms - Must 
  • Experience in working with Big data tools
  • BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics or engineering; know Python, R, or any other scripting language (Strong advantage)
