Elementor is looking for a smart, talented Head of CRM to join our fast growing company. The CRM director will have a clear goal to maximize the engagement, lifetime value, and experience of Elementor’s customers. You’ll define and develop the retention roadmap and strategy around customer lifecycles, journeys and segments - - and turn those strategies into actionable programs.
You’ll be tasked with defining methodologies for all our “push” channels. This includes email, in-product messaging and push notifications to drive engagement, which includes cross-selling, upselling and reactivation.
You are strategic and analytical, with a deep understanding of business and commercial goals and the inner workings of customer data, as well as providing post-campaign analysis.
You are conceptual, and can generate and/or partner with creative and content teams to bring fresh thinking and ideas
