Senior Product Designer

About The Position

We are looking for a brilliant Product Designer with a highly developed sense for user experience and design to join our fast growing company and our amazing Product Design Team. 

In this role, you will have a major impact on the user experience and user interface of Elementor.

As a Product Designer you will make a huge impact by designing products that will be used by millions of users world-wide and help us execute our mission to empower web professionals to create powerful and beautiful websites using the most comprehensive all-in-one design solution.

Responsibilities

  • Use your passion and creativity to push our limits and create the best experience design for millions of users around the globe
  • Translate complex problems into beautiful intuitive solutions
  • Balance user, product and business goals to build a winning product experience
  • Conduct a full product design cycle from user research through competitor analysis, collecting inspiration, to handing-off pixel-perfect product designs
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and marketing designers 
  • Work in a dynamic environment requiring quick decision making within tight schedules
  • Be independent and have full ownership and responsibility of your work


Requirements

  • 5+ years experience designing and shipping consumer applications or software
  • Hands-on experience with website design
  • Passion for communication, co-creation and delivering the best possible experience while constantly looking to improve your designs through user feedback
  • Experience with usability principles and understanding of user behavior
  • Familiar with implementation practices and standards for your designs (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Expert in Figma and other design tools
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with Elementor and WordPress
