Elementor is a growing start-up company that provides amazing tools for building websites within WordPress. Elementor maintains an extensive global customer community, and all our customer support representatives are required to be fluent in English, and to be able to clearly express complex technical information, to a diverse audience.

Our support works 24/7 as we are helping customers all over the world. We are looking for a Support Associate with a fluent level of English and that is passionate about helping people. As a Tier 2 Onboarding Support Associate, you will provide a high level of support for the future and existing Elementor users.


  • Responsible for replying to support tickets via email or chat
  • Answer pre-sale questions potential customers might have, and assist in making the right decision concerning buying Elementor
  • Assist our Pro users with onboarding, including installation and activation processes
  • Collaborate between Back Office and Pro users, and provide accurate information about accounts and billing related questions
  • Strive to understand our customers’ needs, and being able to explain and communicate the solution in an efficient, personal and creative manner
  • Solve customer problems in a professional, empathetic, and courteous way


  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Superb level of English
  • High-level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional courtesy and overall a “people’s person”
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • A team player
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of a WordPress - an advantage
  • Experience in sales - an advantage
  • Experience with Elementor - an advantage
