As a Support Trainer in Elementor's Support team, you will work closely with the various SME's and support personnel, as well as other departments in the company, to create and maintain an in-depth understanding of Elementor's products and services to train our customer support agents. You will be in charge of their professional training from the onboarding stage to high-level certification and take part in their ongoing improvement. You will create easy-to-understand instructional content, tutorials, and E-learning interactive training deliverables, to provide a better customer experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our global team of highly skilled support staff and enhance our team's knowledge and skills in supporting our products and services.
