Support Training Specialist

About The Position

As a Support Training Specialist in Elementor's Support team, you will work closely with the various SME's and support personnel, as well as other departments in the company, to create and maintain an in-depth understanding of Elementor's products and services to train our customer support agents. You will be in charge of their professional training from the onboarding stage to high-level certification and take part in their ongoing improvement. You will create easy-to-understand instructional content, tutorials, and E-learning interactive training deliverables, to provide a better customer experience. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our global team of highly skilled support staff and enhance our team's knowledge and skills in supporting our products and services.


  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating training materials
  • Keeping the training relevant and up to date
  • Directing and following up with new team members
  • Staying up-to-date with industry changes
  • Ensuring all contents comply with the company’s policies and guidelines
  • Ongoing professional improvement of the support department members
  • Maintaining a database of all training materials
  • Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program


  • 2 years of experience (industry or military service) as an Instructional Designer, Trainer, or equivalent roles - required
  • Work or educational experience with technical and/or engineering concepts
  • Experience in content creation in English, for a live audience/videos/webinars
  • Working knowledge of and proven use of standard methodologies and adult learning theory in training design
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex technical training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Attention to details

 Nice to have:

  • Experience using Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Snagit - preferred
  • Experience with learning and content management systems and platforms - preferred
  • Familiarity with technical support concepts
  • WordPress site creation (especially with Elementor)
