About The Position

As a Technical Writer in Elementor's Support team, you will work closely with the various SME's and support personnel, as well as other departments in the company, to create and maintain an in-depth understanding of Elementor's products and services. You will be in charge of creating easy-to-understand support content, manuals, and tutorials to help us provide better customer experience. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our global team of highly skilled support staff and assist us in enhancing our customers' knowledge and skills in using our products and services.


  • Collaborate with Support staff to identify customer needs and develop customer-facing content
  • Conduct research on product terminologies and technical terms
  • Obtain in-depth knowledge of the product by working with technical staff 
  • Prepare user-friendly manuals and tutorials
  • Maintain and update product-related documents
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes
  • Ensure all contents comply with the company’s policies and guidelines


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer
  • Experience in technical writing for software/SaaS products
  • Experience in customer-facing content creation in English
  • Experience in customer support practices and methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Office and Web development tools
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Great multitasking and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Marketing or advertisement experience – an advantage
  • Personal tendency to solving problems and continuous improvement
  • Ability to break down and guide through a technical process
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Transparency, accountability and ability to work independently
