Responsibilities

Elementor’s Director of Support Operations is a senior leadership position reporting to the Head of Customer Experience with primary responsibility of maintaining, developing and implementing strategic customer-facing functions, in order to drive customer loyalty and engagement.

Reporting directly to this position will be customer onboarding, enablement and upsell, Cloud and NPI, Billing and Store Ops. and Training departments.

This role will require effective collaboration with multiple departments like Marketing, Product, R&D, Customer Success, QA and Support.

Your responsibility will be to continuously devise and implement new methodologies, collaborations, service offerings and knowledge dissemination (internal and external), that will enhance Elementor’s overall offering to our customers. 

You will be responsible for your group’s services availability, quality and scalability, and will take part in the overall support strategy leadership team that will define and execute on global support processes and collaborations.

You will be accountable for your group’s overall metrics and goals, and drive continuous improvement processes to enhance performance, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a director-level support/services/success/customer-operations management role with at least 20 employees under wing
  • Experience in managing teams remotely
  • Experience working in high-intensity support centers at scale
  • Deep understanding of support processes, metrics and tools
  • Experience in pre-sales and business-development management - an advantage
  • Experience with Elementor - an advantage
  • Business-level English, Other languages - advantage
  • Methodological, analytical and creative
  • Customer services orientation and business acumen
  • Capable of mentoring and coaching managers and representatives
  • Hands-on approach with a 2-mile-high vision
