As Elementor’s first line of customer support you will be our community’s gateway to receive assistance for, and learn more about, the tool that helps them drive their business.
You will learn how to triage (review, analyze, and resolve) a variety of customer issues, quickly, and professionally, and will communicate with web professionals from around the world, via tickets, emails, and live-chat.
The Tier 1 agent is an entry-level position that can be a gateway role to any aspiring web technologist, with a passion for customer service and for making a dent in the world.
Elementor maintains an extensive global customer community, and all our customer support representatives are required to be fluent in English, and to be able to clearly express complex technical information, to a diverse audience.
This position is for candidates located in the area of APAC only.
